Our Classes

At Revolve Pilates, our classes are designed to feel supportive, empowering and fun. We offer a variety of modern and classic Pilates, barre and reformer classes that encourage women of all levels to show up for themselves, reconnect with their bodies and move together in a welcoming, community-driven space.

Classic Pilates

Classic Pilates is a structured approach to movement based on the original Pilates repertoire, refined through STOTT Pilates® principles. It emphasizes core stability, proper alignment, breath control and controlled precise movement. Exercises are performed with intention and flow to support strength, flexibility, posture, and balanced muscle development while protecting the spine and joints.

Power Sculpt

A modern, faster-paced mat Pilates class that uses light weights, resistance bands and the Pilates ball to build strength, ignite the core and create total-body tone. Expect dynamic sequencing, controlled movement and an energizing flow that leaves you feeling strong and radiant.

Pilates Core

Core Deep. Floor Tight. Confidence High.

We’re going deep. This core-focused flow activates your pelvic floor and those sneaky little muscles you didn’t even know existed. Think strong core connection, subtle shakes, and a next-day burn you’ll low-key love.

Barre

Barre is a full-body, low-impact workout that blends ballet-inspired movement with Pilates principles. Using small, controlled movements and high-repetition sequences. The class focuses on deep muscle engagement to strengthen the core, lift the glutes, and tone the legs and arms—creating long, lean muscle with look for sexy, sculpted results.

Reformer

Reformer Pilates is a full-body class performed on the Pilates reformer, a spring-based machine with a moving carriage, straps and foot bar that provides controlled resistance to support and challenge your movement. This class focuses on strength, stability, alignment and core connection through slow, intentional exercises designed to build balanced muscle tone, improve posture and increase overall body awareness.
